Try Rootelle for up to 90 days after your order is delivered. If you're not happy with how your hair looks, we'll refund your purchase. You don't need to send the bottle back, even if it's empty.
How to claim your refund
- Email us at motaseem.almadara@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
- We'll confirm your refund within 2 business days.
Refund details
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Once we issue a refund, your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
- The guarantee applies once per customer.
- Shipping fees, if you paid any, are not refundable.
Damaged, leaking or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
