Shipping policy
At Rootelle, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.
Free standard shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders to Canada and the United States. There are no surprise shipping charges added after purchase.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated delivery times
After your order ships:
- United States: about 5 to 10 business days
- Canada: about 8 to 15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays or customs.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking updates can take 24 to 48 hours to appear.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your package is past its estimated delivery date, email us at motaseem.almadara@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout and contact us right away if you need to change it. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address.
